This resort is a 55 plus resort. Nearby attractions include 18-hole golf course, hiking trails,  ATV trails, jeeping and 4-wheel drive routes accessible from the resort. There is bird watching, fishing and boating at nearby lakes. Restrictions: no aggressive dog breeds, ie rottweilers, dobermans, chows or wolf hybrids. Six-foot maximum leash on all pets. No generators. Quiet hours:10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
