With partially shaded and open level sites, this campground offers 11 full hookup sites and 7 with water and electricity only. With 30- and 50-amp electrical receptacles, air conditioners and heaters are allowed for a fee. Tent camping is offered. Group RV sites are available. Leashed pets are allowed. Additional facilities include: flush toilets, hot showers, handicap restrooms (not showers), 2 sewage disposals, laundry, public phone, tables, and grills. Ice, wood, souvenirs, and candy are available. Recreational amenities include horseshoes and pond. Nearby attractions include the Painted Desert and the Petrified Forest. From I-40, take Exit 294 on the north side of the highway. Go north on Sun Valley Rd. Turn right at the first street, Quartzite. You can see the park from the top of both off-ramps.
